Who is this program for?

This program is designed for software engineers who are actively looking for a new role and want more structure, accountability, and guidance throughout the process.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?

Around 2–4 hours per week between live sessions, applications, preparation, and exercises.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All live sessions will be recorded and shared with participants.

What if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?

You’ll still receive the recording and materials, and you’ll be able to continue the conversation through Slack.

How many participants will there be?

The cohort is limited to 10 participants to keep the experience interactive and personalized.

Is this focused only on CVs and interviews?

No. While we will work on positioning and interviews, the program also focuses on strategy, accountability, consistency, and building a sustainable job-search process.

What is expected from pilot participants?

Because this is the first edition of the program, participants are expected to actively engage, provide monthly feedback, and share brief reflections or takeaways from the sessions.
